“Very well located. Updated pleasant room/ bathroom. Nice pool area. Easy parking. Room phone didn't work so had to use cell phone to make any calls. Staff later told us whole system is out and they don't know when it will be fixed. No coffee/ tea/ supplies in room. Front desk asked service to supply our room but that didn't happen. Had to get coffee from front desk. Tv service didn't work. No instructions available. Food from previous guests was left in our frig. Shower door wouldn't stay...

“Clean room”

“Camera vecchia ma decorosa, chiusa forse da tanto perche era fredda e umida. Prezzo e posizione ok per noi che siamo stati sia a newport che a providence. Non c'è servizio colazione e in camera non è possibile neanche farsi un caffè. ”

“Hot tub was not available to use it was part of a suite. Miss lead in booking. Room was awful. 3 inch gab on the door. Bugs entered. No trash barrel. Coffee pot broken. Pool was ok and entertainment was great at the pub. Floors were not clean. We did alert front desk about the door issue maintenance never came.”

“We got what we paid for. The room was clean enough. The whole place smelt like cigarettes and woke up with congestion becuase of it. We just needed a cheap place since we were out most of the day so overall it was fine for a sleeping place.”

“Staff was great. Enough parking space. My big struggle with this hotel is that the carpet in our room has a very strong smell that I want to air our room out but cant because there’s no windows. Some of the things in the room also need some updating/ maintaining, the lampshade on my bedside table had some fraying edges.”
